1. Failed generations

A job that fails releases its credit hold automatically. You are charged for output, not for attempts.

This includes a provider outage, a timeout, and a job you cancel before it starts. It does not include a job that produced a video you did not like: the provider charged us for that one.

2. Subscriptions

Cancel from Hesabım at any time. The plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and then stops renewing — you keep what you paid for.

We do not refund a partly-used month, except:

3. Consumer right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer — buying for yourself and not for a business — the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation and the EU Consumer Rights Directive give you 14 days to withdraw without a reason.

Digital content is an exception to that, but only if you consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery starts. The registration flow asks for exactly that consent, and records it.

So in practice:

unused remainder: unspent credits from the period, at the price you paid.

Write to {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} with the account address. We do not require a reason and we do not ask you to justify it.

Business customers do not have this right. That is not a policy choice; the regulation applies to consumers.

4. Top-up credits

Bought separately from a plan, they do not expire while the account is open.

They are also not refundable once bought, other than under §3, because the credit is the product — refunding spent credit would mean refunding provider cost we have already paid.

If you close the account, unused top-up credits are lost. If we close it without cause, they are refunded.

5. What we do not refund

no way to un-spend the provider cost, and "I did not like it" is not distinguishable from "I used it".

keys from Hesabım the moment you suspect exposure.

6. How long it takes

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. We process within 5 business days; your bank takes its own time after that, typically 5 to

10.

We will not refund to a different card or account. That is a fraud control, not an inconvenience.

7. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank rather than asking us, the account is suspended while the dispute is open. Not as a penalty — a disputed charge against an account that is still spending provider credit is a loss that grows.

Ask us first. A refund we agree to takes days; a chargeback takes weeks and suspends the account for all of them.

8. Contact

{{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} — include the account's email address. Refund requests are answered within 2 business days.

Questions for the review

  1. Is the registration consent wording sufficient to carry the loss of the

right of withdrawal under Turkish law? This is the one that decides whether §3 works at all.

  1. Should there be a "first month, no questions" refund policy regardless of

the law? It costs little and removes a purchase objection.

  1. Do the pre-information obligations of the Distance Contracts Regulation

require anything to be shown at checkout that is not shown now?

  1. Is losing unused top-up credit on voluntary account closure enforceable, or

does it read as an unfair term?
